Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about privacy, formats, limits and output.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Supported tools transform selected image bytes in browser memory. The website and required libraries still load over the internet.

Which formats are supported?

Core workflows support JPG, PNG and WebP. AVIF, HEIC, SVG and TIFF support varies by tool and browser.

What are the batch limits?

Resize, convert and compress support up to 50 files with a 25 MB limit for each file. Device memory may be the practical limit for very large images.

Why did metadata disappear?

Canvas-based conversion normally removes metadata. Compatible JPEG workflows offer an optional metadata-preservation setting.

Why is my output larger?

A different format or high quality setting can create a larger file. PNG is often larger for photographs; compare output size and choose JPG or WebP when appropriate.

Can animated GIFs be preserved?

No. Current canvas-based editing exports one still frame. The tool pages disclose this before processing.

Do I need an account?

No. Current tools are available online without registration or subscription.

How do I report a problem?

Use the contact page and include the tool, browser, source format and visible error. Do not send private source images.

Still need help?
